In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Establish, develop, and maintain trusted business partnerships and customer relationships. 

  • Answer sales opportunities received and ascertained the most suitable product for the customer or site. 

  • Actively seek out and engage customer prospects 

  • Prepare letters of interest, budget proposals and tenders. 

  • Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids in accordance with market pricing & approved margin guidelines. 

  • Manage sales pipeline, ensuring consistent, proactive follow ups with all prospective customers and key influencers. 

  • Negotiate and close sale aligned to business objectives. 

  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and business objectives

About you:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction, engineering, or elevator/lift industries

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Lift Industry Experience as a Sales Engineer. 

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred and / or relevant Tertiary Qualifications.

  • Proficient in CRM databases
